Claire uses a number of different therapies. These include clinical hypnotherapy. Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation which feels wonderful. To quote one of Claire’s clients "its like having a two week holiday in a hour". That’s how relaxing it is! Hypnotherapy can help with many health conditions and issues which arise in life, for both adults and children. Claire also uses a mix of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) along with hypnotherapy. This ensures the most rapid results for any condition. CBT and NLP are excellent therapies for dealing with negative thoughts and low self esteem and confidence issues, among others. Energy Psychology is also a fun way of tackling many issues. All the above therapies are excellent for stress management and can be used either for personal stress, or can be incorporated into a training course for a corporate organisation.
